How do I place an order on Whirly?

Simply browse our collections, select your size, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once payment is successful, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.


Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.


I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still don’t see it, contact us at support@whirly.in with your details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Debit & Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (if available)

All payments are processed securely via trusted payment gateways.


Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

COD availability depends on your delivery location and order value. If COD is available, it will be shown at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across India. International shipping availability will be updated on our website.


How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your location.


How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS to track your shipment.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and have original tags intact.


Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes. The following are non-returnable:

  • Innerwear

  • Accessories

  • Items marked as Final Sale


How do I request a return?

Email us at support@whirly.in with your order ID and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality inspection. It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method.
